Job Description

J&H Smart Trading Corporation is looking for a dependable and responsible Rider / Runner / Collector to join their Operations department. The successful candidate will be responsible for company collections, delivering and picking up documents, and assisting with various company errands and deliveries. This role requires someone who is professional,  responsible, organized, confident when dealing with clients, and has experience in riding a motorcycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect payments from clients and business partners.
• Pick-up and deliver company documents and other official items.
• Perform company errands as assigned.
• Ensure all collections and documents are handled accurately and securely.
• Maintain organized records of collections, deliveries, and receipts.
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients and company representatives.
• Follow traffic rules and company safety policies while performing deliveries.

Qualifications

• At least with college education is preferred.
• Must have a valid Professional Driver's License.
• Experienced motorcycle rider with at least 2 years of continuous riding experience.
• Previous experience as a collector, runner, or courier is an advantage.
• Confident and professional when communicating with company representatives and clients.
• Organized and detail-oriented, especially in handling paperwork and documents.
• Comfortable using smartphones and basic technology for work-related tasks.
• Must present a neat, clean, and professional appearance and with a pleasing personality.
• Honest, trustworthy, and able to responsibly handle payment collections and confidential documents.
