Responsibility :
Develop and execute the IT infrastructure and services roadmap (on-premise & cloud) aligned with business needs.
Lead and develop teams in IT Infrastructure, Technical Support, and IT Shared Services.
Ensure the availability, performance, and security of servers, networks, and end-user devices.
Implement IT security standards, regulatory compliance, and governance frameworks.
Manage IT operations, incident response, and service delivery to achieve SLA targets.
Coordinate IT support services and collaborate with System Analyst and QA teams on system implementation and testing.
Drive continuous improvement through automation, new technologies, and AI adoption.
Manage endpoint security, backup, cloud storage, and data protection (DLP).
Oversee vendor performance and third-party security compliance.
Promote cybersecurity awareness and provide regular reports on IT infrastructure, security, and risk management.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 12 years of overall experience in IT, with at least 3–4 years in a leadership role as Department Head (or equivalent), directly overseeing Infrastructure and Operations teams.
Proven experience managing hybrid IT environments (on-premise and cloud infrastructure).
Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, server management, endpoint device security, data protection, and IT service management (ITIL/ITSM preferred).
Solid understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems, including system administration and security management.
Experience in risk governance, incident response, and vendor risk management.
Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, Cloud Certified Administrator, etc) are a strong advantage.
Demonstrated leadership, strategic communication, and change management skills.
Service-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering measurable business impact.
