About the Role
Our client is seeking a Product Specialist to join their Medical Aesthetics Division. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our client's aesthetics portfolio by engaging healthcare professionals and driving sales excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of medical aesthetic products, including features, benefits, and applications.
- Generate leads and actively prospect new clients within the assigned territory.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, practice managers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports on performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferred majors: Business, Management, Economics, Pharmacy, Biology, or Health Sciences.
- Age: 23–30 years old.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales/Marketing, preferably in Aesthetic products.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and administrative reporting systems.
- Basic understanding and ability to present aesthetic products.
- Strong scientific detailing and selling skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
