Your Daily Role & Impact
As a Customer Service Representative, you are the heart and soul of our customer experience. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Be the Hero: Help customers via chat, email, or phone with a friendly, solution-oriented mindset.
- Solve Puzzles: Troubleshoot customer inquiries, guide users through our products/services, and make hard problems look easy.

Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need 10 years of experience to succeed here—just the right mindset and a passion for helping people!
- Communication: Clear, conversational, and empathetic written and spoken English.
- Tech Confidence: Quick to learn new tools, web applications, and chat platforms.
- Positive Energy: Patient under pressure, adaptable to change, and great at keeping your cool.
- Experience: 6+ months in BPO/Customer Service is a plus, but motivated fresh grads are welcome!
