Description
- Handle customer enquiries and provide support via phone.
- Resolve issues and complaints efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide detailed information about products and services offered.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or SHS Graduate
- Experience Level: 6 months – 2 years
- At least 6 months of BPO experience in any of the following accounts:
- Healthcare
- Banking & Financial Services
- Telecommunications (Telco)
- Retail
- Travel
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English and effective communication skills
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Working Conditions: Flexible shifts may be required, including evenings and weekends
- Willing to work onsite

- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
- Accurately document customer interactions
- Meet quality and performance standards
