Production Supervisor
Location: Tangerang, Indonesia
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can drive performance, develop people, solve operational challenges, and continuously improve production processes while maintaining Fabrica's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Production Lead Time
- Ensure all production activities are executed according to the agreed production schedule and project deadlines.
- Monitor workflow and proactively eliminate bottlenecks that impact production lead time.
- Coordinate closely with, PPIC, Warehouse, Logistic, and Sales, related to order fulfillment
2. Quality Excellence
- Ensure all products meet Fabrica's quality standards and customer specifications.
- Minimize defects, rework, and quality-related issues through preventive and corrective actions.
3. Team Productivity
- Lead and manage production teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly output targets.
- Monitor workforce productivity, machine utilization, and overall operational efficiency.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results.
4. Leadership & People Development
- Act as a role model for Fabrica's Core Values: Integrity, Integration, Customer Interest, and Innovation.
- Conduct coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations to develop team capabilities.
- Build a disciplined, engaged, and collaborative workforce.
5. Flexibility & Problem Solving
- Adapt quickly to changing production priorities, project requirements, and customer needs.
- Take ownership of production challenges and drive practical solutions.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree (or Diploma) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or equivalent leadership role in a manufacturing environment. Proven experience leading production teams of at least 10 employees.
3. Strong understanding of production planning, manufacturing processes, quality control, and operational efficiency.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet and production reporting.
5. Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment.
