Responsibilities
- Operate industrial or domestic sewing machines.
- Stitch fabric pieces together according to patterns or instructions.
- Alter and repair garments or textile products as required.
- Inspect materials and finished products for defects.
- Measure, cut, and prepare fabric before sewing when needed.
- Replace machine needles, thread machines, and perform basic machine maintenance.
- Meet production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Keep the work area clean and follow workplace safety procedures.
Job Requirements

- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Previous sewing or garment manufacturing experience is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Basic understanding of garment construction or product assembly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet daily production quota
- Ability to follow patterns, specifications, and work instructions
