About The Company:

• The working venue is in Tangerang, Banten.

• Our client is a Pipe company. Currently, they are looking for Sales Marketing Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

• Identify new business opportunities in infrastructure, construction, utilities, and industrial sectors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, distributors, and project owners.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.

• Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Support tender participation, project bidding, and contract negotiations.

• Provide technical and commercial proposals tailored to project requirements.

• Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, and technical) to ensure timely delivery and project execution.

• Lead, supervise, and support the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

• Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.

• Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

• Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and technical briefings for clients.

• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Perform other duties as needed.
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.

• High conversational English proficiency.

• Min. 2 years of experience as Sales Marketing Supervisor handling HDPE Pipe, PVC, Pump, Valve, Fittings, PP-R, Plastic pipe, Steel pipe from Building Material

• Possess a valid driving license (SIM A) and willing to travel for business trips.

• Good work ethics, willing to learn, polite, strong communication skills, customer-oriented, and confident.
