Description
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
- Manage the recruitment process from application to onboarding.
- Maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Project-based minimum 6 months.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources or a relevant field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Seafarer Acquisition, Maritime Recruitment, and Project-based hiring
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
