Recruitment Resourcer - Blue Collar Remote

DRD Group is growing and we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer with a strong background in blue collar trades and labour resourcing.
 
You will be working for a well-regarded Australian business that has been in the Recruitment Industry for over 30 years.  You will be working remotely from home and become an integral part of the recruitment team.
 
Working closely with our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for sourcing and qualifying candidates for a variety of trades and labour assignments across Australia.
 
We are looking for someone with experience in blue collar recruitment, and you'll be familiar with screening candidates for Electrician, Boilermaker, Mechanical Fitter, Welder, Pump Technician, Pump Fitter, Civil Machinery Operator - excavator, roller, grader, dozer, Trades Assistants - Mechanical and Electrical.
 
Key responsibilities include:

• Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, databases, LinkedIn, social media and networking
• Conducting telephone screening interviews
• Supporting the Recruitment team to build talent pools of qualified trades and labour professionals
• Verifying licences, qualifications, tickets and certifications
• Supporting recruiters with shortlisting
• Maintaining accurate records within the CRM/ATS system

 
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Resourcer or Recruiter
• Experience recruiting within Trades & Labour, Construction, Mining, Civil, or Industrial sectors in the Australian market
• Strong understanding of blue-collar recruitment processes and compliance requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office setup
• Experience using recruitment databases, ATS / CRM and online sourcing platforms.  Jobadder is preferred
