General Responsibilities:
Represent Alas Harum Bali in a professional, polite, and friendly manner when serving customers.
Maintain good relationships with colleagues and guests in accordance with company standards.
Provide pleasant service tailored to the needs of the customers.
Job Specific Responsibilities :
Provide excellent customer services.
Always strive towards best customer satisfaction.
Welcome the guest.
Prepare the bill accurately and present it to the guest.
Ensure the bill paper is of good quality and always presented with a bill cover.
Handle payments by cash or card.
Check cash using a money detector.
Close the bill and provide a copy to the guest.
Farewell the guest.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the cashier area.
Conduct an inventory of supplies, including print roll paper and other items, at opening time.
Conduct inventory of all shop products twice daily, during opening and closing hours.
