Qualifications
- Based in Bali (near our facility at Umalas is a plus)
- Minimum SMA/SMK; experience in F&B, bar, or café operations is a plus
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to operate basic café/bar equipment (coffee machine, POS, serving tools)
- Friendly, energetic, and well-presented
- Able to work in shifts, weekends, and peak hours
- Fast learner, teamwork-oriented, and disciplined
- Basic knowledge of food safety & hygiene is preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Availability to move around the facilities and relocate to other facilities
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve clients’ order
- Deliver excellent service to customers: taking orders, serving, and responding to requests
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of café area, bar station, tables & chairs
- Handle cashiering, POS operation, and daily sales reconciliation
- Manage stock of ingredients, utensils, and café supplies
- Ensure opening and closing procedures of the café run efficiently
- Ensure customer satisfaction and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere
- Follow company SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards
