Requirements ;
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1/D3) in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Minimum 6–8 years of professional culinary experience, with at least 3–5 years as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or equivalent leadership role.
Preferably has previous experience working in a 4-star or 5-star hotel, luxury hospitality, or fine dining establishment.
Proven expertise in menu planning, recipe development, food presentation, and maintaining high culinary standards.
Strong understanding of Indonesian, Asian, and International cuisine, with the ability to create diverse menus for corporate executives and VIP guests.
Excellent knowledge of food safety (HACCP), sanitation standards, and applicable health regulations.
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills with experience leading and developing kitchen teams.
Good planning, organizational, and multitasking abilities in a high-volume kitchen environment.
Experienced in food cost control, inventory management, purchasing, and kitchen budgeting while maintaining quality standards.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with management, procurement, and other support functions.
Willing to be placed at Priamanaya Group Head Office – Jakarta.
