Sales Agent – Frozen Meat Products (Wet Market Division)
Assigned Area: Balintawak and Nearby Areas
Job Summary:
Responsible for selling frozen meat products to wet market vendors, traders, and retailers by developing customer relationships, generating sales, and ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily market visits to acquire new customers and maintain existing accounts.
- Promote and sell company frozen meat products to wet market clients.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor competitor prices, market trends, and customer demands.
- Receive customer orders and coordinate with warehouse and logistics for deliveries.
- Maintain good customer relationships and address client concerns.
- Submit daily sales reports, customer visit reports, and market updates.
- Follow company policies on sales, collections, and documentation.
Qualifications:
- At least Senior High School graduate; college graduate is an advantage.
- With sales experience, preferably in frozen meat, food distribution, or wet market industry.
- with motorcycle (for ease of transportation)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to conduct daily fieldwork in Balintawak and nearby areas.
- Goal-oriented and capable of working independently.
Reports To: Sales Supervisor / Sales Manager
