We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Travel & Hospitality Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with travel-related inquiries, reservations, bookings, cancellations, and general support while delivering exceptional customer service through phone, email, or chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with flight, hotel, car rental, and vacation package reservations.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding travel itineraries, booking changes, cancellations, and refunds.
- Provide accurate information about travel policies, schedules, rates, and promotions.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Process reservations, modifications, and payments using company systems.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to address customer needs.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Stay up to date on travel industry policies, procedures, and company products.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or SHS graduate; college education is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of GDS experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation or CRM systems are an advantage.
