Travel & Hospitality Customer Service Representative


We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Travel & Hospitality Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with travel-related inquiries, reservations, bookings, cancellations, and general support while delivering exceptional customer service through phone, email, or chat.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with flight, hotel, car rental, and vacation package reservations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding travel itineraries, booking changes, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Provide accurate information about travel policies, schedules, rates, and promotions.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Process reservations, modifications, and payments using company systems.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions.
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to address customer needs.
  • Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Stay up to date on travel industry policies, procedures, and company products.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or SHS graduate; college education is an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of GDS experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation or CRM systems are an advantage.
