Hidden Hills Villas is an award-winning boutique luxury hotel located on the cliffs of Uluwatu, Bali. The property features 14 unique villas and 22 luxurious rooms and is a proud member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, in partnership with Hilton.

We are currently opening a brand-new luxury spa and are looking for an experienced Spa Therapist to join our team and help deliver exceptional wellness experiences for our guests.

About the role
As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments while ensuring a relaxing and memorable experience for every guest. This position is ideal for someone passionate about wellness and hospitality who enjoys working in a tranquil luxury environment.

Key responsibilities
• Provide professional spa treatments including massages, facials and body therapies
• Ensure guests receive a relaxing and exceptional spa experience
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of treatment rooms and spa facilities
• Recommend appropriate treatments and products to guests
• Work closely with the spa team to maintain a calm and welcoming atmosphere

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Spa Therapist
• Experience in a luxury hotel, resort or boutique spa preferred
• Skilled in massage, facial and body treatments
• Knowledge of holistic wellness practices (sound healing, yoga, breathwork) is an advantage
• Good communication skills and fluency in English
• Professional appearance and guest-focused attitude
