Production Senior Staff (In Vitro Diagnostic)

About the role

Standard Biosensor Healthcare is seeking a Production Senior Staff (In Vitro Diagnostic) to join our manufacturing operations. This is a full-time position based in Purwakarta, West Java. As a senior member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising the manufacturing processes for our in vitro diagnostic products. This position is strategically important to ensuring we maintain the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance in our healthcare manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for leading production activities, managing teams, and ensuring our diagnostic products meet stringent industry standards and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

1. Oversee daily production operations for in vitro diagnostic manufacturing, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and quality standards

2. Monitor production schedules and coordinate with planning teams to ensure timely delivery of diagnostic products

3. Manage and providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure optimal team productivity

4. Conduct quality inspections and implement corrective actions to maintain product excellence and minimise defects

5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards and relevant healthcare manufacturing regulations

6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in production workflows

7. Maintain accurate production records and documentation for traceability and audit purposes

8. Liaise with quality assurance, engineering, and logistics teams to coordinate production and distribution activities

9. Troubleshoot production issues and implement timely solutions to minimise downtime

10. Support the development and implementation of safety protocols and environmental best practices on the production floor

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments, with substantial experience in medical devices, pharmaceutical, or in vitro diagnostic industry

2. Education min. Bachelor Degree of industrial engineering, pharmacy, biology, chemistry or related

3. Proven expertise in managing production operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control

4. Strong knowledge of GMP standards, regulatory compliance, and medical devices manufacturing requirements

5. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience supervising and developing production teams

6. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements

7. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards

8. Proficiency in production management systems and manufacturing software

9. Understanding of supply chain and logistics operations within manufacturing environments

10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Indonesian and English

11. Certifications in GMP or quality management systems would be advantageous
