Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Social Media Manager to join our vibrant team at Motel Mexicola in Bali. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging social media strategies to promote our unique hospitality brand across multiple platforms.

What you'll be doing

1. Create and curate compelling content for our social media channels, including Instagram, and TikTok

2. Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition

3. Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of social media activities, using insights to optimise future content and strategies

4. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure a cohesive brand identity across all digital platforms

5. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements

6. Manage and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media in a timely and professional manner

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience managing multiple social media profiles for hospitality, nightlife, or event-based brands

2. Strong understanding of instagram, tiktok & meta business suite (including ads manager and paod social best practices)

3. Creative thinker with a solid grasp of trends, music culture & event storytelling

4. Proficient with content creation tools such as canva, figma, vsco, lightroom, or capcut

5. Strong written & visual communcation; organized detail-oriented & able to manage multiple deadlines

6. Skilled at interpreting analytics & applying insights to improve engagement & reach

7. Enthusiastic about hospitality, music & social media innovation; photography & videography skills are a plus
