Are you passionate about online safety and data analysis? We're looking for experienced Trust & Safety Analysts with strong SQL skills to join our growing team!
Location: Vertis North (Onsite)
Description
- Monitor and analyze user-generated content to ensure adherence to community guidelines
- Utilize SQL and MySQL for data analysis and reporting to identify potential risks
- Respond to user reports and inquiries related to trust and safety issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve safety protocols and policies
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven findings
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Graduate
- Experience Level: At least 2 years of Trust & Safety experience and/or 2 years of SQL experience
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in SQL and MySQL; strong problem-solving skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Qualities and Traits: Good communication and analytical skills
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
