1. Sourcing suppliers, to looking a good supplier, reputable, committed, customer-focused, and provide technical support if needed.
2. Make a purchase order based on the MPO on TK for each client and send it to the supplier.
3. Assisting the project team in procuring goods needed for the installation.
4. Monitoring the delivery of goods from supplier and ensuring that the delivery is on time.
5. Ensure the quality of goods ordered is in accordance with company standard quality.
6. Make a payment request for the supplier to be paid.
7. Support in costing to breakdown inquiry from client, to be detail what material we propose and propose similar alternative material if needed.
General & Operational
1. Handle Ticketing and accommodation for Director and Operational Manager
2. Trucking arrangement for deliver goods to Factory Solo.
3. Incoordination with GA Staff to packing the goods to be shipped.
4. Incoordination with inventory staff regarding stock movement in Odoo from the shipment.
5. Proposing improvements for the Company to either anticipate problems in advance or enhance results.
6. Reporting any difficulties and act proactively to solve every problem.
7. Performing any other duties and special assignments as required.
