Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, business development, or partnership management (experience in OOH/DOOH media, property, or retail industry is a plus).
Proven track record in securing and managing strategic partnerships.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong networking abilities and relationship-building skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to travel when required.
Job Description:
Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with building owners, management companies, and relevant stakeholders.
Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing partners.
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and partnership agreements.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, technical, content, and sales) to ensure smooth execution of partnership agreements.
Monitor partner satisfaction and proactively address any operational or business issues.
Identify new opportunities to expand the advertising network through strategic partnerships.
Stay updated on property industry trends, regulations, and potential business prospects.
