About the role
Motel Mexicola is seeking a talented and dynamic Content Creator TikTok Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing content for our TikTok channel, helping to build our brand presence and connect with our target audience in Bali.
What you'll be doing
Developing and executing a content strategy for Motel Mexicola's TikTok channel
Creating original, on-brand TikTok videos that capture the essence of our brand and resonate with our audience
Monitoring TikTok trends and adapting content to capitalise on viral opportunities
Collaborating with the marketing team to align TikTok content with broader brand campaigns
Analysing TikTok analytics to measure performance and optimise content for maximum engagement
Staying up-to-date with the latest TikTok platform features and best practices
What we're looking for
Proven experience creating professional content for tiktok and instagram stories/live
Confident in shooting and editing mobile-first content using apps like capcut, inshot, or native tools
Strong eye for visual storytelling, brand alignment, and aesthetic consistency
Up-to-date with tiktok trends, memes, viral audio, and content formats
Comfortable working quickly and independently, while still collaborating closely with the creative and marketing teams
Basic knowledge of design and content tools such as canva, capcut, or similar
Previous experience in the lifetyle, food & beverage, or hospitality industry is highly preferred
