What You'll Do

• Be the digital face of Finn Cotton – Chat with customers through Facebook Messenger and other platforms
• Sell with purpose – Understand products and confidently engage and close online sales conversations
• Support transactions – Help customers through online payments and bank transfers
• Deliver great service – Track the customer journey and ensure a seamless buying experience
• Assist teammates – Coordinate with logistics, store staff, and fulfillment teams when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, service-oriented, and goal-driven
• Senior High School graduate or College level/graduate (an advantage)
• Computer proficient and comfortable with messaging tools
• Chat-based sales or BPO experience is a plus
• Strong written communication and ability to multitask
• Willing to work on-site and follow shifting schedules
