Position: Construction Management Engineer
Salary Offer: Php 21,000 – Php 23,000 per month
Employment Status: Probationary
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Office Location: Bagumbong North Caloocan City (with deployment to assigned project sites)
Position Summary
The Construction Management Engineer is primarily a site-based role responsible for managing construction activities from pre-construction to project completion, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards. The role also oversees site procurement, project documentation, and coordination with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to support the successful delivery of assigned projects.
As a growing engineering and construction start-up, we are looking for a motivated and hands-on Civil Engineer who is eager to grow with the company, take ownership of projects, and help build a strong, high-performing team.
This role will require you to work closely with the Principal Engineer as he guides you on how to effectively manage a small-scale construction project from start to finish."
Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
· Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC).
· At least one (1) year of actual experience in construction project site management.
· Knowledgeable in construction methodologies, project scheduling, quality control, site procurement coordination, and occupational safety standards.
· Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Project is an advantage.
· Experience in site procurement, including material requests, supplier coordination, and delivery monitoring, is an advantage.
· Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
· Willing to work primarily on project sites and travel as required.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, organize, and supervise construction projects from pre-construction to project completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
· Manage daily site operations, including workforce, subcontractors, equipment, and construction activities, while ensuring compliance with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
· Oversee project procurement by coordinating material requirements, supplier deliveries, subcontractor activities, and resource availability to support uninterrupted site operations.
· Monitor project schedules, budgets, material consumption, and site progress, and implement corrective actions to address technical and operational issues.
· Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including accomplishment reports, cost monitoring, as-built drawings, and project closeout records.
· Collaborate with the Principal Engineer, clients, consultants, suppliers, and project teams to ensure the successful execution and completion of assigned projects.
