Pastry Chef - Boutique Pastry Artisan

Cake Empire is expanding, and we're looking for a talented Pastry Chef – Boutique Pastry Artisan to join our growing team.

As we launch our new boutique concept, we're seeking someone with creativity, passion, and an eye for detail to develop and produce a beautiful range of premium desserts that customers will love.

This role will focus on creating an exciting selection of:

• Signature cake slices

• Ready-to-go celebration cakes

• Individual desserts

• Dessert cups and sweet treats

• Seasonal and limited-edition creations

What You'll Do

• Prepare and produce high-quality desserts with consistency and care.

• Develop new flavours and innovative products that reflect Cake Empire's brand.

• Ensure every dessert is beautifully presented and ready for display.

• Maintain exceptional food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.

• Manage daily production and stock levels.

• Work closely with the team to continuously improve and expand our boutique dessert range.

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a pastry chef or dessert specialist.

• A passion for creativity, presentation, and quality.

• Knowledge of modern pastry techniques and dessert trends.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
