Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit reports within agreed turnaround times.
- Coordinate with Client Care staff on referred cases and follow-ups.
- Log successful calls in Salesforce and promptly refer requests beyond scope of responsibility to tenured staff for appropriate follow-up.
- Monitor and close open service requests within agreed turnaround times.
- Conduct outbound calls for Return to Sender (RTS) mail and undelivered Billing Notices (BNs) using the prescribed scripts.
- Handle routine inbound inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Escalate complex requests, issues, and complaints to the Team Lead as needed.
- Attend meetings, huddles, and complete all required training programs.
- Meet departmental performance standards, including attendance, adherence, productivity, and quality targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional phone presence at all times.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an Associate or Diploma course.
- At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
