Junior IT Business Analyst Intern

About the role
Join the Information Security Division at PT DCI Indonesia, Tbk as a Junior IT Business Analyst Intern. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for requirement gathering, business process analysis, documentation, and operational reporting. Based in our Cibitung Campus, this position offers the opportunity to develop your skills through structured learning and practical exposure in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

1. Assist in gathering and documenting business or operational requirements from internal stakeholders.

2. Support the preparation of business process documentation, workflow, minutes of meeting, and follow-up action items.

3. Help analyze current processes and identify improvement opportunities within the Information Security Division.

4. Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, presentation materials, and supporting documentation for team activities.

5. Coordinate with internal teams to collect data, clarify requirements, and monitor progress of assigned tasks.

6. Support documentation related to policies, procedures, project tracking, and operational governance.

7. Prepare internship outputs such as process documentation, requirement summary, activity report, or improvement recommendation.

What we're looking for

1. Currently enrolled or graduated from a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information System, Business, Management, Computer Science, or related field.

2. Basic understanding of business process, documentation, project coordination, or IT-related activities.

3. A meticulous individual with the ability to prepare clear documentation, reports, minutes of meetings, and simple presentation materials.

4. Familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

5. Basic knowledge of IT, cybersecurity, governance, or system development process will be an advantage.

6. Good communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

7. Prior school project, internship experience, organizational activity, or documentation-related experience will be an advantage.
