Site Supervisor

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of on-site construction experience (experience in residential or villa construction is preferred). 
2. Able to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints accurately.
3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, equipment, and site procedures.
4. Able to plan, coordinate, and manage site activities according to project schedules.
5. Experience in cost estimation and preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQ) is an advantage.
6. Passionate, hardworking, detail-oriented, and equipped with strong problem-solving skills.
7. Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel (SAP proficiency is an advantage).
8. Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
9. Fluent in both spoken and written English.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and supervise daily construction activities to ensure progress aligns with the project schedule.
2. Ensure compliance with construction safety regulations and company standards.
3. Supervise and coordinate the work of on-site personnel, including workers, subcontractors, and vendors.
4. Review and interpret construction drawings to ensure all work complies with design specifications.
5. Identify site issues and recommend practical solutions to improve construction methods and operational efficiency.
6. Prepare and submit daily site reports, and coordinate material planning and availability.
7. Evaluate worker performance and provide guidance and feedback to improve productivity.
8. Coordinate closely with the Site Architect and Site Manager to ensure smooth project execution.
