Digital Marketing Intern (OJT)

Calm Sands, Inc. is looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and campaign execution. You'll have the opportunity to work on a real marketing projects while developing valuable industry skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, email marketing, and other digital channels.
• Schedule and publish content on Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and other platforms.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries when necessary.
• Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to support marketing strategies.
• Assist in creating marketing materials using Canva or other design tools.
• Support photo and video shoots, as well as basic photo/video editing.
• Perform other marketing and administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must be enrolled in an internship/ OJT program required by the school.
• Knowledge of major social media platforms and current digital marketing trends.
• Basic experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Creative, detail-oriented, organised, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
