Senior Sales Manager — B2B Field Sales (Existing Accounts / Consignment)

IndoJerky (CV. Gefest Jaya Indonesia) is a premium dried meat snack (jerky) brand based in Bali. We sell to restaurants, cafes, bars, souvenir shops, and retail outlets across Bali, primarily on a consignment basis.
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to manage and grow an existing base of outlets. This is not cold sales from zero — you will take over accounts that have already been contacted, reactivate outlets that stalled, close pending deals, and bring outlets to regular repeat orders.
Responsibilities
- Manage an existing outlet base handed over by the company
- Reactivate outlets that were previously contacted but did not become regular clients
- Close unfinished deals (follow-up, offers, order confirmation)
- Bring outlets to repeat orders and regular payment under the consignment model
- Track stock, sell-through, and settlements at each outlet
- Maintain long-term outlet relationships
- Submit daily and weekly activity reports
- Log all activity in the CRM system
Mandatory requirements (applications not meeting these will not be considered)
- Application submitted **in English**
- English at pre-intermediate level or above
- Minimum 3 years of B2B HoReCa experience experience
- Demonstrated ability to grow and reactivate existing accounts, not only open new leads
- Own vehicle (motorcycle)
- Currently based in Bali (not planning to relocate)
- FMCG / food / retail background
Compensation
- Competitive base salary
- Transport & communication allowance (reimbursed against submitted reports)
- Tiered sales commission (no upper cap)
- Bonus per qualified new outlet
- Monthly KPI bonus
