Job Description
Extract, clean, and analyze customer and transactional data using Excel and other tools to produce regular performance reports (retention, churn, customer lifetime value) that support management decision-making.
Develop and maintain customer segmentation models to enable targeted and personalized marketing initiatives.
Build, maintain, and continuously improve CRM dashboards to track customer KPIs, campaign performance, and sales funnel metrics.
Plan, execute, and evaluate CRM campaigns (retention, cross-sell, up-sell, reactivation) in coordination with the Growth and Marketing Communication teams.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and hygiene of the customer database across systems, coordinating with IT as needed.
Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and IT to align CRM initiatives with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in CRM, data analysis, or customer insight roles.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros); familiarity with SQL and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
Proven experience managing CRM systems and building customer segmentation models.
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience developing and monitoring CRM dashboards and marketing performance reports.
• Track record of planning and executing CRM/retention campaigns.
• Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and database management discipline.
• Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Experience in FMCG, home appliances/electronics, or subscription-based business is an advantage
