What you'll be doing
- Actively prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within assigned accounts
- Developing and executing comprehensive account plans to expand business with existing clients
- Negotiating and closing sales contracts to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key decision-makers at client organisations
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, operations and other departments to deliver integrated solutions
- Tracking and reporting on key sales metrics and pipeline activity
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an account management or sales role, preferably within the events or hospitality industry
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales enablement tools
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
