Duties and Responsibilities :
Develop and execute supply chain strategies covering production planning, inventory management, procurement, warehouse operations, and import-export activities to ensure uninterrupted production, optimal inventory levels, and on-time customer delivery.
Lead and monitor Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Exim teams by establishing operational priorities, reviewing departmental performance, resolving cross-functional issues, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Oversee production planning, material availability, inventory control, supplier performance, warehouse operations, and logistics activities by reviewing operational KPIs, identifying potential risks, and implementing corrective actions to ensure efficient supply chain performance.
Establish inventory management strategies, including inventory optimization, safety stock policies, material replenishment, inventory accuracy, stock aging control, and inventory turnover improvement to balance customer service and inventory cost.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and external suppliers or logistics partners to synchronize demand, production schedules, procurement activities, inventory availability, and shipment execution.
Monitor and analyze supply chain performance indicators, including forecast accuracy, inventory accuracy, inventory turnover, supplier on-time delivery, purchasing cost, warehouse performance, and customer delivery performance, while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, import-export regulations, procurement procedures, inventory control standards, ERP processes, and documentation requirements, while supporting internal and external audits.
Develop, coach, and evaluate Supply Chain team members, promote continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives, optimize ERP utilization, and recommend strategic improvements to enhance operational efficiency, cost effectiveness, and overall supply chain performance.
Qualifications :
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, PPIC, Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, or Logistics within a manufacturing environment, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of production planning, MRP, inventory management, procurement, warehouse operations, logistics, and import-export processes.
Experience in ERP systems.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Good command of English, both written and spoken. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
