Product Specialist

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 (one) year of experience as a Presales or Product Specialist in a System Integrator or IT Distribution Company, or Fresh Graduates
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Able to communicate persuasively and follow through on actions and decisions with a sense of urgency.
• Strong work commitment, able to work independently and take initiative.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Good attitude, energetic, fast learner, and intelligent.
• Diligent and enthusiastic in learning new things.
• Willing to work hard and achieve targets.
• Willing to travel outside Jakarta and internationally.
• A strong interest in technology is a must.
• Extensive expertise is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients or partners.
• Collaborate with the sales team to win projects and achieve company goals.
• Maintain relationships with principals and distributors.
• Negotiate with management to obtain the best pricing.
• Prepare and update pipeline reports.
• Coordinate technical documentation, including Letters of Support, Technical Proposals, Compliance Tables, and other related documents.
• Deliver solution proposals and product presentations.
• Create presentation materials, price calculations, bids, and technical proposals for tender submissions.
• Demonstrate Proof of Concept (POC) with the management/engineering team and conduct requirements gathering.
• Collaborate with the technical team and bridge communication with management to resolve technical issues.
• Work closely with management to enhance product knowledge and ensure technical support.
