QUALIFICATIONS
- Female, minimum age of 26 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in any field; a degree in Engineering or Science is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in export-import operations.
- Strong understanding of export procedures and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, responsive, and able to work efficiently with a high level of initiative.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Prepare, review, and manage all export documents in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth and timely export processes and shipments.
- Maintain proper filing systems and ensure the completeness and accuracy of export data and documentation.
