About the Role

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Executive Export & Import to develop new business opportunities and expand our presence in the logistics, freight forwarding, and customs clearance sector. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within export/import and customs logistics sector

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high customer satisfaction

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs

  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to promote export/import and logistics services

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market developments, and business progress

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and improve service quality

  • Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings to expand business network

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business, Logistics, Transportation, or related field

  • Proven experience in sales & marketing within logistics, freight forwarding, import/export, or customs brokerage industry

  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Knowledge of Indonesian import/export market and local business practices

  • Experience handling overseas clients is an advantage

  • Strong sales capability with proven target achievement

  • Have a strong network of potential customers that can generate new business opportunities for the company

  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
