Job Description:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales & marketing team to achieve performance goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and branding strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and expand the customer base.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to upper management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of sales strategy, branding, and digital marketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Well-connected with a strong professional network.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM systems) is a plus.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
- Willing to be placed in the Gading Serpong, Tangerang.
