Job Description:
Conduct physical and psychosocial assessments, check vital signs, and review health history.
Administer medications and treatments, assist with procedures, and handle point-of-care testing.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, assessments, and interventions.
Work with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, procedures, and care plans.
Prepare facilities and ensure medical equipment is clean, disinfected, and functioning correctly.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Ners), with a valid nursing license (STR).
Proven at least 2 years of experience in the same position
Excellent in details, hospitality skills, including the ability to listen and serve people
