Analyze, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Monitor and control process parameters to ensure stable and efficient production performance.
Develop, review, and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and other problem-solving methodologies.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to achieve operational targets.
Conduct process capability studies and identify opportunities for waste reduction and productivity enhancement.
Support new product introduction and process validation activities.
Monitor production process KPIs and prepare problem analysis reports
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering (from reputable University)
At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong analytical and hands-on skills
Having knowledge about Automotive Engineering & Automotive Business
Having knowledge about Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, SPC, 5 Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, and other continuous improvement tools.
Good communication in English
Willing to work in Karawang, West Java
