Oracle Team Leader

WE ARE HIRING FOR ORACLE TEAM LEADER!

Job Summary

We are looking for an Oracle Team Leader to head a team of Oracle ERP consultants (Oracle E-Business Suite

and/or Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion) delivering implementation and support projects for clients across Indonesia

and the SEA region. The role requires strong Oracle product knowledge combined with proven leadership

capability to manage delivery quality, timelines, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Oracle consultants covering Financials, Supply Chain, Procurement, and/or HCM modules.

• Act as the primary consulting lead in client requirement workshops, solution design, and fit-gap analysis.

• Oversee configuration, customization, and testing activities across Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Cloud (Fusion) implementations.

• Coordinate with technical/integration teams for reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE/CEMLI).

• Lead UAT preparation, cutover planning, data migration validation, and go-live/hypercare support.

• Manage project scope, timeline, and resource allocation for the Oracle delivery workstream.

• Review deliverables and ensure quality and compliance with Oracle best practices and client requirements.

• Mentor and develop team members' functional and consulting skills.

• Support pre-sales activities including solution demos and proposal input as needed.

• Travel to client sites across Indonesia, SEA (Malaysia), and China for workshops, implementation, and

training delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 8 years of Oracle ERP consulting experience (EBS and/or Oracle Cloud/Fusion), with at least 2-

3 years in a team leadership role.

• Strong functional knowledge in at least one core module: Financials, Procurement, SCM, or HCM.

• Proven track record of full-cycle Oracle implementation projects.

• Oracle certification(s) are an advantage.

• Strong client management, communication, and presentation skills.

• Demonstrated experience managing and developing a consulting team.

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).

• Willing to be placed full WFO in Jakarta and to travel to client sites domestically and internationally

(SEA/China).
