IT Development Supervisor

We are lookin for IT Development Supervisor to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of business applications. The role involves system analysis, application development, production support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements while ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance, availability, and quality of applications and system development activities.

• Handle application incidents, troubleshoot system issues, and provide technical support for production systems.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical system solutions.

• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain application systems based on business and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare and maintain system documentation, including Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Conduct unit testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure successful deployment to production.

• Perform system enhancements, bug fixes, and change requests while ensuring minimal impact on business operations.

• Support system implementation, deployment, and post-production stabilization.

Qualification

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of work experience in IT Develompent.

• Proficient in programming languages and frameworks such as C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, ASP.NET, Java, PHP, or other relevant technologies.

• Strong knowledge of database management and reporting tools, including SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, and report development tools such as Crystal Reports and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

• Experience in application development, system integration, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
