PT Legal Legends Bali is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Supervisor to join our team in Bali. If you are an experienced finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong leadership skills, we want you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Bank Reconciliation: Consolidate daily balance reports for PT Kosong Satu and reconcile incoming funds (OCBC, BNI, Xendit) against Xero invoices.
- Xero & Tax Management: Review and double-check all invoicing, billing, and monthly tax summaries in Xero, ensuring strict accuracy for tax compliance.
- Intercompany & Spreadsheet Management: Oversee intercompany transactions (LLB, FBW, NBW) and reconcile sales and costs between Xero and banking spreadsheets.
- Cash & Payment Operations: Manage daily petty cash (USD/IDR), execute bank cash orders/withdrawals, pay monthly bills (BPJS, taxes, utilities, credit cards), and process salaries, dividends, and management fees.
- Offsite Government & Bank Procedures: Handle physical bank withdrawals and manage government-related payments, including paying DPKK at BNI or validating at the Badung Government Office.
- Team Supervision & Backup: Supervise, guide, and monitor accounting staff daily, stepping in to back up their duties during leaves of absence.
- Monthly Closing & Accounts Receivable: Lead the monthly financial statement closing on Xero, audit overdue vendor bills, and ensure unbilled completed services are invoiced and collected.
Requirements:
- Bali based or willing to relocate to Bali immediately
- Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
- Proven experience as an Accounting Supervisor or Senior Accountant.
- High proficiency in Xero accounting software is a must.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle hands-on operational tasks, including physical bank and government office visits in the Badung/Bali area.
