We are looking for a Content Operations Intern to support our content management activities. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with digital content and file management.
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain the company's content library.
- Upload and download content to and from the server.
- Ensure content files are properly categorized and easy to access.
- Support the Content Operations team with day-to-day content management tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure content is handled efficiently.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on completed tasks and content operations activities.
Requirements
- Final-year student or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Multimedia, Digital Media, Creative Design, or a related field.
- Comfortable working with digital files, cloud storage, and server-based systems.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Fast response and strong communication skills.
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
