Responsibility
1. Develop and optimize the Group Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure standardized, scalable, and effective quality practices across all factories, stores, and business units.
2. Establish and strengthen Quality Governance through quality standards, policies, risk management, CAPA, change management, and internal audit programs.
3. Lead regulatory compliance and certification programs, ensuring compliance with BPOM, Halal, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, BRCGS, and other applicable standards.
4. Drive supplier quality management, validation, and quality assurance programs to ensure consistent product quality from development to commercialization.
5. Lead quality transformation initiatives by building organizational capability, quality culture, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration across the Group.
6. Provide quality insights through data analytics, quality performance monitoring, and management reporting to support strategic business decisions.
7. Serve as the Group Quality business partner, supporting R&D, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Retail, and other business units in achieving operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Qualification
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Food Safety, or Quality Management within the Food & Beverage / FMCG industry.
3. Minimum 3 years in a managerial role leading cross-functional quality initiatives.
4. Proven track record in developing, implementing, and continuously improving Quality Management Systems (QMS) across manufacturing operations.
5. Demonstrated success in driving quality transformation, standardization, and governance across multiple sites or business units.
6. Experience leading certification and compliance programs (e.g., FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, Halal, BPOM, BRCGS).
7. Proven experience in establishing supplier quality management, validation, CAPA, change management, and internal audit systems.
8. Strong experience in leading cross-functional quality improvement initiatives and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
9. Experience in developing quality capability, competency frameworks, and quality culture within the organization.
