Job Summary
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and executive support to the President, General Manager, or other senior executives. This role is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, preparing reports and correspondence, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily executive operations. The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment.
- Maintains strict confidentiality of company information.
- Flexible, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
