Job Responsibilities
Manage the Executive's daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and business travel arrangements.
Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents, reports, and confidential files.
Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Executive.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and business communications in both English and Indonesian.
Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents as required.
Assist in coordinating projects and ensuring timely execution of administrative tasks.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company information and executive matters.
Perform other administrative and secretarial duties assigned by the Executive.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Professional, positive attitude, and high level of integrity.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
