About the role
PT Cakrawala Bangun Karsa is seeking a Finance General Manager to join our leadership team in Jakarta on a full-time basis. This is a strategic position that will oversee all financial operations and drive financial excellence across the organisation. As Finance General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that support the company's growth objectives, ensuring robust financial controls, and providing critical financial insights to senior leadership. This role is pivotal to the success of our business and requires someone with exceptional financial acumen and proven leadership capabilities.
Key responsibilities
Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, and financial reporting
Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with company objectives and performance targets
Manage the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery to stakeholders
Establish and maintain robust internal controls, financial policies and procedures to safeguard company assets
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, professional development and continuous improvement
Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to support business decision-making and investment opportunities
Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors and other financial service providers
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations and other statutory requirements
Monitor cash flow and working capital to optimise financial performance and liquidity
Participate in strategic planning and business development initiatives at the executive level
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field; professional qualification such as CPA, CA or equivalent is highly desirable
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance management, with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role
Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies that have driven business growth and operational efficiency
Strong expertise in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations and financial reporting requirements in Indonesia
Excellent leadership and team management skills with demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing finance teams
Advanced proficiency with accounting software systems and financial management tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to present complex financial information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strategic thinker with the ability to align financial objectives with broader business goals
Experience in manufacturing, construction or project-based industries is preferred
