Finance and Administration Manager in Cubao Quezon City upto 65k
Work Schedule : 48 hours compressed work week; 2 Rest Days
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
-Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance and administration roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
-Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance practices.
-Leadership Skills
-With experience in using PowerBI and Xero
Duties & Responsibilities:
Finance Operation
-Lead the Finance team in managing the company’s accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
-Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports.
-Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, tax compliance, and general ledger functions.
-Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.
-Manage relationships with external partners such as banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other financial institutions.
-Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Office Administration
-Supervise the o ice Administration team in delivering o ice administrative support to all departments.
-Oversee general o ice operations including procurement, vendor management, facilities management, and records management.
-Ensure the smooth operation and compliance of all field support hub o ices, including coordination of o ice resources, logistics, and support for field personnel.
-Develop and implement administrative policies and standard operating procedures across all locations.
-Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements in all o ice operations.
-Leadership and Process Improvement
-Provide guidance, coaching, and performance management to Finance and Administration team members.-Foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
-Identify and implement process enhancements to improve o ice and cost effectiveness in both financial and administrative operations.
-Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Timely and accurate submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
-Compliance with budgetary guidelines and achievement of cost-saving targets.
-High operational efficiency and reduced administrative bottlenecks across all o ices.
-Positive employee and field hub satisfaction with administrative support services.
-Successful audits with minimal to no compliance issues.
