PT Meja Tiga Rasa is a Bali-based hospitality company operating Maison Almaz — a Mediterranean restaurant and shisha lounge located in the heart of Canggu, Bali.

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and service-minded Daily Worker Server to join our front-of-house team at Maison Almaz.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in delivering a smooth and enjoyable dining experience — from the moment guests are seated to the moment they leave.

• Set up the dining area and ensure all tables are properly prepared before service begins.

• Greet guests, present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages professionally and promptly.

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.

• Handle payments, clear tables, and support the team to maintain smooth restaurant operations.
  

What We're Looking For

• Minimum High School education; background in Hospitality or Tourism is a plus.

• Prior experience in a restaurant, café, or F&B environment is preferred; friendly, well-groomed, and professional with a guest-first attitude.

• Good communication and teamwork skills, with basic English as an advantage and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia.

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays with a reliable, positive attitude under pressure.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a lounge, rooftop bar, or Mediterranean/international restaurant.

• Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling.

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage pairing or Mediterranean cuisine.
