Executive Support
- Manage complex calendars and schedules across multiple time zones
- Monitor, prioritize, and manage the executive's inbox, ensuring timely follow-ups
- Prepare meeting agendas, pre-read materials, and executive documentation
- Attend meetings, record action items, and monitor deliverables through completion
- Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders
- Assist in preparing board papers, presentations, reports, and executive communications
- Manage confidential documents, contracts, NDAs, and version-controlled files
- Draft, proofread, and format professional correspondence
Project & Operations Support
- Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and vendor communications
- Assist with supplier, contractor, and service provider coordination
- Support property-related administrative activities, scheduling, and operational tasks
- Manage calendars and logistics related to operational projects
Financial Administration
- Provide transactional data entry support in QuickBooks
- Assist with light financial administration and record management
- Maintain organized financial and operational documentation
